Kinder Morgan

Previously, PBL supported Kinder Morgan’s intermediate liquid storage facility in North Philadelphia with the conceptual design for transportation and supply chain improvements that facilitated the operation of unit trains leading to significant market growth, improved productivity, and inventory cost reductions.

 

PBL’s project facilitation efforts led to major capital investments in the rail infrastructure in north Philadelphia to benefit numerous current and potential rail customers.

Tioga Marine Terminal

PBL assisted in developing and expanding Tioga Marine Terminal, providing improved transportation infrastructure, including additional support tracks and staging areas, upgraded rail turnouts, and protected highway grade crossings. This development support allowed for a significant increase in import volumes through the Port of Philadelphia.
